The second is situated in Viale Europa n.118, only 150 meters from the beach and pine forest of Maria Pia, reachable on foot in just 2 minutes. The apartments are called "Casa Viale Europa ".
Both locations makes it easy to take rewarding trips by car or on foot, and the city centre (just over 2 km away) can also easily be reached by public transport, thanks to the presence of a bus stop just few meters far from the apartments.

Casa Viale Europa is located in Viale Europa n.118, and has a studio (for 2 people), a two-room apartment (Type A for 2 people) and a three-room apartment (type C for 4 people). All the apartments have been recently renovated (year 2010) and are located on the ground floor: the studio has a large private veranda with gazebo, the two and three-room apartment have a veranda and private garden with the possibility of using a barbecue. There is the possibility to use the air conditioning (on request of 7 Euro per day). WiFi not available. ...
