What advantages does a stay in our apartments offer?

Close to the sea

You can get to the beach on foot. The holiday homes in Via Gaudì (Casa Lina, Casa Ilaria and Casa Marta) are just 700 metres from the Maria Pia and Lido beaches; the holiday home in Casa Viale Europa is even closer – just 150 metres away... It doesn’t get much easier than that!

Tranquil residential area

All of the apartments are surrounded by greenery, in peaceful streets with minimal traffic. This secluded, silent part of town provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing break.

Large open-air space

During the summer, eating outdoors and enjoying hour after hour on the veranda is one of the most enjoyable parts of the holiday. This al fresco option is available whichever apartment you choose, thanks to the spacious balconies (Type A apartment Casa Lina), terraces (Casa Ilaria, Casa Marta and Type B apartment Casa Lina) or verandas in a private garden (Casa Viale Europa), all of which enable you to make the most of the outdoors.


Excellent base for exploring Alghero and the surrounding area

The location of the apartments – situated close to the junctions leading to the beaches of the northern coast of the Riviera del Corallo (Coral Riviera), to Sassari and to Porto Torres – makes it easy to get to the seaside, the airport and the area outside the town.

But even getting into the city centre is easy, and doesn’t require you to get behind the wheel – you can either take the bus (the bus stop is just 150 metres away) or stroll (it takes around 25 minutes to reach the oldest part of town) or ride a bike along the promenade.

Free private parking

If you’re coming by car and staying in Via Gaudì, there is a large private courtyard next to the holiday homes, reserved for guests’ vehicles.

If you’re staying in Casa Viale Europa, you can use either the free public parking spaces adjacent to the holiday home or the convenient parking area in front of the public swimming pool, situated just 100 metres away.

Suitable for groups of families or friends

The availability of numerous adjacent apartments (especially in the holiday homes in Via Gaudì) makes it easy to organise group holidays.

If you are part of a group, being accommodated in several adjacent units means you can be close together while still retaining your privacy.


A family-run business offering on-site assistance

Upon arrival, and throughout your stay, you can count on the ongoing support of the Cau family, who own the holiday homes.

A discrete, professional service is guaranteed, not least because the family members live in Via Gaudì.


A warm welcome, in several languages

If you don’t speak Italian, we’ll do everything we can to make you feel at home by talking to you in fluent English or German.

That way, you can avoid wasting time or getting your wires crossed.
